Online submission, internal referals and on campus recruiting. Got my offer on April 2013 and the process was pretty smooth, everything was all set on the first day of working. Laptop, IBM Lotus, E-mail, phone, supervisor, paycheck,
Simple phone interview followed by 1 hour behavioral interview. Phone interview was with recruiter to determine interests and second interview was with direct manager. Overall, interview process was smooth and if you come prepared you will be okay.

15 min phone screening from HR and then a 30 min video interview with the hiring manager. Pretty easy and relaxed interview process; hiring manager left plenty of time for questions at the end of the second round interview
