1.5 hours single stage interview with one person from HR and head of department. SWOT analysis and presentation given. Informal and did not have the opportunity to tour the premises. In this case I was not given the full facts on the competition.

quite relaxed and easy going. Three people interviewing. Asked to prepare and deliver a presentation beforehand. Overall informal and straightforward, they were interested in learning more about me. Some sales questions and scenarios.

Interviewed with the recruiter. Then a 4 personal panel. Then the director. In the matter of 2 weeks.
The following week the recruiter informed me that I got the job! Fantastic news!
2 weeks go by and I get an email from the recruiter advising that RA was putting the position on hold…
