It was a group interview. Instead of asking questions they separated us into groups and they gave us a set of situations that are common in the job. We had to discuss how we would handle them and the interviewers were looking around and hearing our answers

I was interviewed by 2 Guest Services Managers, where 1 person would take notes, and the other would ask questions about industry experience, how would you handle difficult situations, what would you do in a scenario when things are not going to schedule
