Fairly easy and straight forward, offered a job same day. I spoke with two executives before they came to a decision. At the time I did not have much experience, so was grateful for the opportunity and vote of confidence.
Met for an in-person interview. That went well, so I was invited to go into the office for 4 days as a trial run. At the end of the 4 days I was offered the job, however did not feel it was a good fit.
