Round-1:JAM SESSION (Any topic as per ur interest.. better chose general topics like:politics,girls education,child marriage,corruption,schooldays,village life,cultures etc..) Round-2:Written test (it may be Aptitude or G.K(rivers,CEOs,countrys,capitals,mountains, Social networking sites,Essay writing, etc..) Round-3:Personal Interview (About ur self,Explain resume,interested in, hobbies,about networking sites u like most,latest awards,etc..) short listed in college level complets with these 3 levels... but finally 2 more rounds will be conducted in company... rofous completely depends on communication.. so speak loudly with high pitch,fluently,exactly, etc..

Screening --> Client Technical Inetrview --> HR Interview.
