Very dry and not well organised at all, felt like they were just reading from a script and not actually engaging in conversation, between myself as the candidate. Also the job title they advertised was misleading, but since they have changed the title to reflect the role. Overall not a great experience and the job expectations didnt feel me with confidence either.

I submitted a CV online and then had a call from a gentleman from talent acquisition. He stressed it wasn't an interview yet asked me about skills and experience. I left feeling positive however was ghosted for 2 weeks then recieved an automatic rejection email with zero feedback.

The interview process was clear and well-structured, consisting of two stages:
1. Online Interview
The first stage was a virtual interview, which focused on my experience, general competencies, and understanding of the role. It felt more like an initial screen to assess fit and communication skills. The questions were relevant and gave me a good sense of what the company values.
2. In-Person Interview
The second stage was in person and much more in-depth. It included detailed discussions about the role, the team structure, and how I would approach specific challenges. It felt collaborative and gave me insight into the work culture and expectations.
Overall, the process was professional and well-organized. Interviewers were approachable and transparent, and I appreciated the two-stage approach—it balanced convenience with a meaningful interaction.
