This was by far the best interview process I have ever had. Every stage made sense and everyone I talked to both took the time to explain more about the role and the company as well as taking interest in who you are. No cliché and outdated questions which we are all trained to answer in a certain way, each step was more like an open conversation. Clearly the main focus is to find out if you're a good fit for the company in general rather than just looking for the next revenue-generator. You will get to meet different people in different positions one at a time, I especially enjoyed being able to talk to someone who currently is in the position I applied for. Lastly you will meet the CEO which once again shows how seriously ROKT takes hiring.

I applied through a recruiter (Betts Recruiting - ask for Lamar, she had next steps same day or less than 24 hours each step of the way); you have a conversation with the hiring manager over the phone for 30 minutes, a take home assignment, and then an in-office visit with them. Afterwards, you meet with the entire team and with the CEO.
