A Roku direct recruiter contacted me, presumably he found my email through LinkedIn. Went through an initial technical screening via Hackerrank followed by a virtual on-site a week later. On-site comprised of a series of one-on-one zoom interviews with various team members , leads, and hiring managers interspersed with technical code challenges. They moved pretty fast. The recruiter kept me updated through the process and they asked me for a verbal offer agreement within a week of the on-site followed by an official offer letter. Compensation was discussed during the verbal offer. The offer was very good, I actually felt bad that I had to decline because of competing offers.
