Very long. Met w 8 people from HR to the business. Most were casual but one of the senior G&A clients was very formal and it was clear he had preconceived ideas about HR. It was a long and exhausting process to get down to a final candidate.

Phone screen by the recruiter, then scheduled all remote Zoom calls. There were 3 separate days, with a total of 6 interviews. Everyone was very prepared, asked good questions that were not repetitive, indicating that there was good coordination.
