Two rounds of interview.They mainly look for your passion towards recruitment.Being from a technical background,I was asked that why would I join the company.They asked me to tell about my family and also asked about my projects.They mainly focus on the passion and energy that you have in you.

Interview process was quite easy. They took an aptitude which doesn't matter and then they call everyone for face to face interview. Easy questions based on your resume. And if you answer one question, based upon your answer they will ask another question. Next day they told to make a presentation to the shortlisted people.

First round would be face to face with the senior recruiter followed by the Second round Aptitude Test and then the Third round with the client manager which is followed by the HR round and finally with the Director/CEO. In this process may also include a presentation on Social Media.
