Entrevista
It was an online group interview. People there included one person from HR, Software Engineer manager, a Dev lead, and another engineer. They asked about my experience with front-end web development. Tested my knowledge and experience with certain technologies (git, React, javascript, etc.). Just tested my knowledge with the tools they specified one should know n the job application. No coding questions.

What's a situation/why would one use 'useContext' in ReactJS.

Entrevista
I feel complicated. My interview process was great, met with the developer team and they were fantastic. Met with leadership team and they were also fantastic.
However the hiring team has a problem with ghosting. I was told I would recieved updates relatively soon and have heard absolutely nothing. Silence. I have emailed and no response. Not even an email saying that I was rejected which would be much more preferred. If you interview for this company be fully prepared to hear nothing back.
Interview process is three rounds, before which they ask you to fill out two lengthy questionnaires so that the screening round can be focused on your questions about the company/position. Round one is with HR. Round two is with the team. Round three is with upper management. Round one was a half hour, the bulk of which really was spent with the HR rep answering my questions. I thought it went great but they never followed up, not even with a notice that I'd been eliminated from the running. I was told to reach out the week following the interview, which I did. I followed up one more time the following week and still never got a reply. Everything went well, other than the ghosting, which felt very unprofessional.
