I applied to Rollic approximately three months ago. About one week after my application, I had an initial screening interview. Following that, I was given a case study with a 7-day deadline, which I completed and submitted within 4 days. The case involved creating a generic environment and a character. Around 10 days after submitting the case, I was invited to the office. During this visit, I had an office tour and an interview with the team lead. We discussed the role requirements and my previous experience in detail. Approximately three weeks later, I had the final stage interview with the Head of Publishing. The conversation was professional and focused on the gaming industry and the expectations of the role. Throughout the process, I interacted with HR, the team lead, and the Head of Publishing. All individuals were respectful, professional, and positive. However, it has now been one month since my final interview. After that stage , ı was not contacted. I assume the process has concluded negatively. Overall impression: Well-structured and professional process with mostly respectful interviewers . Lack of communication.
