Entrevista
30 minute motivational interview in which you are required to give a 5 minute presentation about a topic sent to you beforehand which is then followed by follow-up questions.
1-hour technical interview that is split in 6 sections where each sections tests different aspects of your knowledge.
A group exercise followed by a group presentation.

A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Entrevista
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
