Had assessment day at Rolls-Royce. In the beginning, it was quite chill and relaxing as you had an opportunity to talk to the assessors and ask them various questions about working at Rolls Royce. Later, you had to introduce yourself to everyone (tell everyone an interesting fact about yourself), complete a writing task, presentation and group task (developing an aeroplane). It was a very long day, and all that time we only received some crisps and drinks, no sandwiches or proper food which made me questioned the company-was it so hard to spend 100 quid on potential employees?

The interview was during an assessment day. The employees were all very friendly. I was phoned two days later to be told I was first reserve but never heard anything after that.
