Sent application through website, and then took some online psychometric tests. It took them 2-3 months to reply after the tests. Was invited to a day-long assessment centre, which involved a competency interview, a technical interview, a group exercise, psychometric tests, and a presentation about myself.
Each interview took about an hour, with two interviewers, and I came out feeling quite exhausted.

Great experience overall. If you follow the interview questions posted on their site, you’ll be well prepared—they are almost exactly the same as the ones asked during the interview. The interviewers were super nice, welcoming, and supportive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They seemed genuinely kind, caring, and interested in getting to know you.

It went very well, they asked basic interview questions and I heard back from them in a good time. Then had an interview with the hiring manager to discuss the actual position.

Entrevista
Inclusive and encouraging interviewers exuding a friendly and professional image. They took care to introduce themselves and the company. They were honest, approachable and most pleasant to speak to. Recommended.
