Filled the application online, then I was invited to complete a numerical + logical tests (SHL). Received an email the following day stating that I have passed the test and that my application has been passed onto the business unit (if you don't receive this email within few days then most likely you did not attain their test benchmark). Two weeks later received a call from HR to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview was ~ 40 minutes, all competency based. Make sure you know what Rolls Royce does (Marine, Engines, Energy etc...) and what the role you applying to entails. PS: It is unfortunate but it seems their great pool of candidates are from leading universities (Oxbridge, Imperial, UCL...)
