The assessment involved 2 interviews - a competency based interview and one exploring my technical knowledge, a group exercise and abstract and numerical reasoning tests, a brief presentation about me: my skills and abilities. Note you have to be able to "sell yourself"!

A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Entrevista
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
