Initially interviewed on Zoom for this position and was told I would likely go in for a second interview in person, as everything went well. After the Zoom I followed up multiple times with the creative director to receive no response until 2-3 weeks later. No second interview was mentioned, but I was given a packet of directions for a small project they were requesting me to submit in 6 days from then. I completed to assignment, turned it into a presentation, and submitted it a day early. I then did not hear anything back until a week later with an apology for the delay and assurance I would hear back soon about next steps. That was the last time I heard anything from this company about the job I was in the interview process for. Extremely disorganized process, waste of time, disappointing to see from an established firm who many people think highly of, and unprofessional to ghost a candidate after it was practically a job in itself to have to keep following up with someone/a company who does not have the courtesy to tell people they aren't being considered any longer. I didn't even work here and can already see why they have such awful reviews from past employees
