Entrevista
Was called in for an interview with the ED and HR. Overall it was a pleasant experience, however, was not hired. Feedback, when requested, was that I was too "senior." I suspect this meant 1) My salary expectations were too high (even though I disclosed this before the interview or 2) I was older than the ED and so wouldn't be considered. Either way I find this kind of pat feedback unhelpful and not genuine.

Very informative. Hiring team gave great communication and follow up. There is a 3 to 4 interview process. They give you an opportunity to ask questions and to get a good feel of the company culture
