Phone and multiple in person face to face. Not a great experience. Each interview was about 3 or 4 hours from the AM until mid-afternoon. Right during lunch hours. Never offered lunch or anything to snack on - each time! Second interview round wasn’t even offered a break or asked if I’d like to use the restroom... Miraculously I didn’t need to, but should have been offered the opportunity. I met with some people person exec or something and they didn’t even offer food or break... I looked online and my sister would care that the entire exec team of 10 are all Men. Where are the ladies??? Also if it matters, the entrance to Roofstock is at a Bus Stop so each time I came and left, I had to weave my way through a sea of people - and I wasn’t even there during commuter hours. As I’m interviewing, another interesting tidbit is that they do not cater lunches. I saw maybe 2 restaurants nearby and that was it which would get old quickly. And the office is mainly one large room which everyone works in. It seems like they will outgrow this space rally quickly, though they just moved in. On a positive note I think the product is amazing. Plus I really enjoyed meeting with and talking to several of their staff. I just question those in charge and hope they don’t run it into the ground. ..
