Simple. They ask your customer service experience. Customer Situations and how would you react to them. Overall ask questions to see your personality and customer service skills. You will get a virtual call. The interview is two calls and you should receive an update within a week or so.

I had a great interview with Andrea! She was very welcoming and relaxed. I was new to Jersey when I applied for Rook. I knew it was a company that I wanted to be a part of. Rook is a family, the co owners know their employees all the way down to the baristas by name. The managers and assistant managers are amazing people who will do their best to make your work experience positive.

Easy to talk to very comfortable environment. One on one interview. They offer you a cup of coffee to take a load off. They made the interview more of a conversation then an interview.
