I was recommended the job by a now-colleague. It really helps to know someone who already works here. I contacted regarding a job and did not hear back, so I called again a few months later and was scheduled a phone interview for the same day, and an in-person interview that afternoon.

There weren't lots of questions, it was more getting a feel for your attitude and personality, and seeing if you'd fit in the position and the office.
