Testing first. Then they video tape you. It's 55hrs a week with no over time. It did not seem too great. They put you through the first round and then move you on if you agree to the terms.

Entrevista
They basically ask you what past experience you had. They try to see if you are outgoing. Very easy going and last about 20 min. They do expect you to know the company and they make you act out a scenario.
