Neutral all-around. wasnt given a lot of info on the interview process, so i jumped in thinking id be scheduled to just one interview. Turned out to be 2–3 rounds of interviews, a quiz, and an assignment you have to do on their computer. It took a good chunk of the day. Some transparency ahead of time would have been preferred. I didnt get the job which is fine, and i got some feedback saying i was disqualified because of my lack of experience, and because i asked for a salary they believed to be too high—though that number wasnt too far off of what I made at my old job, but I digress. All of this is fine and understandable, but they knew from the start what my resume looked like and they had asked how much I was looking to make at minimum before this all-day event. I wonder why they even brought me in the first place when they knew these details from the beginning. No hate or disrespect, but it probably wasnt a good use of my time and theirs, frankly 🤷🏼‍♂️ Questions werent difficult, though sometimes vague. Folks I interviewed with are ESL, as am I, so I get it. Not their fault at all if sometimes it was unclear. Had to ask for clarification a couple times, but it’s minor nitpicking.
