Entrevista
I went in during a job fair event so I interviewed without having previously applied. I brought my resume with me. The interview itself was casual. I sat with the hiring manager in the cafe at the front of the store and was asked basic interview questions. The whole thing lasted maybe 5-10 minutes.
Phone call interview in which they asked questions on how i work in a team environment. Questions about vegan and organic foods and if i have any questions about it.

Entrevista
I came in and filled out an application. I asked to speak to the manager and he happened to be there. He went over my application and asked me a few more questions.
