Applied online. Had a telephone interview & two face to face interviews on site. Was asked behavoural and technical questions. The process took about 4 weeks from the day I applied.

Applied for another job, then recruiter called me to as to forward my resume. I was interviewed for this position, and it want horribly wrong. There was no intent to hire at all.
