I applied to LG-Honda and was marked as selected to interview. Rose International, the staffing partner, contacted me for availability but never followed up. It felt like resume collection with no real intention to schedule. This wasted my time and showed zero respect for candidates or US hiring culture. Honestly, it is shameful that a global company like LG-Honda partners with a firm that treats applicants this way.
