Initial recruiter phone call - they were kind and shared a bit about the company itself, what they do and what their looking for. Then asked about what I was interested in and what kind of projects have I worked on that related to the position. They asked why I was looking for a change and what it was about Rosendin that interested me to apply. The last question they ask is salary expectations and I always counter that question with what's they range they were offering and they were happy to share that. Unfortunately the range they were offering was below my expectations so I had to pass and did not move on.

Hiring manager from Rosendin does not communicating close to interviews. There are not method to reach out to get feedback. I don't know I am waiting for next step or I did not pass the first interview.
