They did it virtually for the first round. I then was contacted to come into their main office and interview in person. The process could have been described as speed dating. There was a small group of people that would come in and ask you questions then rotate.

Met at a Career Fair and interviewed with a professional interviewer with a set group of questions. They wanted me to come to the corporate office to do a round table kind of "Speed Dating" interviewing process with each of the project teams which seemed interesting.
