Applied for the Job and got called for an interview the next day. Interview lasted about 5 minutes..went over past work experience and had to tell them about myself. Had a 2nd interview 2 days after..asked the same questions and got the Job. I just had to wait for the background check to be completed, filled out the tax document they sent through email and once I filled that out I had to call the store.

Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
