I applied online and got a call from the manger a few days later. We set up an interview time. I went in, he asked me a few questions, but they'll basically hire any one with half a brain. I was hired on the spot and then watched some training videos. Then, he said he'd give me a call in about a week since they had already made the schedule for that week.

Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
