Phone interview, in person interview, background check, personality test. Took at least 3 weeks to process everything. After the phone interview we set up a time for me to come in for an in person. At the in person interview I met with 6 different people.

I had two interviews and was told I was in the running among three other candidates. After two weeks of being told that I had not heard anything, finally I was called after leaving two messages for the hiring manager. The reason they gave did not jive with what they had said on the phone. The fact that their goal is to create a 'remarkable experience' makes this all the more disheartening.
