They had me come to speak with one of the representative who reviewed my resume and he suggested some changes. Then he had me do a short video basically introducing myself and telling a prospective company why they should choose me.

They hired me and matched me with a contract position about a day or two after and shared what the company was looking for before asking me if I wanted an interview set up with them. I accepted and they told me how to succeed in the interview. I had a phone interview with my potential employer and few hours after the phone interview the agency called me to let me know they wanted me and informed me of the pay and hours before asking if I'll accept the job offer.

Interview was not too difficult, staff was friendly. Interview consisted of general background review and an assessment test on basic Office software. I did not feel overwhelmed or nervous during the process. The assessment tests were fairly straightforward. The assessment test was conducted on a computer in a separate room. I also had to make a short video for prospective employers with a brief introduction and review of my job history.
