The recruiter this company works with for hiring was very thorough and professional and provided information in a timely manner and even followed up with feedback after the interview. The f2f interview consisted of meeting with vp of prof services. Meeting with this person was fairly thorough and casually structured and the person led with inquiries of background and experience; fairly status quo questions. The interview went poorly after this when I had to meet with two possible peers out of this satellite office. One was quite unprofessional even speaking about the propensity to joke around and tease fellow office personnel and how anyone hired needs to fit in and want to hang out with them, have beers and stuff. Then he rattled on as if he was on speed or something. The other person was so casual about the interview that he just asked wide open questions like "what do you want to know". Bottom line is, if you are about 25 years old and a dude or possibly a girl 30 or under, you might get an offer. In the end based on feedback from the recruiter the decision of the hiring manager was heavily influenced by these 2 dudes who are barely out of college. Also the office was cramped and very uninviting.
