Completely ghosted after a "take home assignment", signing off an NDA, and multiple phone and zoom interviews. I was recruited by Parker Staffing and after the last round of interviews, I heard absolutely nothing after being told they'd "let me know" either way. I called the recruiter twice for an update. No answer the first time and sent to voicemail the second. I understand not being selected, but this was completely unprofessional behavior on the parts of Rover and Parker Staffing.
