The conversations felt friendly and professional, with interviewers genuinely interested in understanding my background and experience. Overall, I felt the interview process was clear and was well communicated. Each step had a clear agenda with expectations, and the recruiter had good, open communications.
The interview steps had people from different positions and points of view, which made it feel like a holistic process rather than just optimizing output. The general impression was that everyone acted like sensible, caring human beings.
The only negative point, which I did communicate to the hiring team, was that the proof-of-skills exercise used improving features of their own live game, which does strike to me as somewhat suspicious.

Entrevista
The interview was short but concise. The interviewer was kind and very helpful with all the process info. Overall, it was a positive experience. Then there was an art test that was very extensive, asi the position was intended for a lead, there was a lot of thasks to do, from model to animation, texturing and in-engine integration
