The interview process was standard questions were asked. Very friendly meeting with team members and director. There was only one interview. Waited over a month for offer to come through.

Two on campus interviews, one with committee of the EMSS department and one with the dean and director, mostly easy but the second was very casual and almost intimidating, moved fairly quick in the beginning but waited a long time to be given an offer, when I was finally offered I found out the salary which was too low for the job/area, I tried to negotiate and the HR hiring manager pretended like I never was given an offer saying I still needed reference checks done (after she said I was clearly the standout candidate before), then I finally was called back a week later with an offer sent to me and no change in salary, the process took 2 full months
