The process was very straightforward, and i would say it is a welcoming environment with management being very welcoming and open to people who are coming in the interview process

Entrevista
Very simple, casual interview. Not very intimidating. Right to the point. If they bring you in for an interview it is likely because they have an open position that needs to be filled and are looking to hire you unless you leave a really bad impression.
