Applied online, had a phone interview about a week later. Asked basic behavioral questions. Didn't get an offer due to time-constraints. They needed to hire someone then and I was not graduating college until May. There were two people on the phone, very professional and helpful. They also asked if I had anyone in my family that works or had worked for them
