Very friendly and quick recruitment process. First interview with internal recruiter, very friendly, asked the typical questions. Second interview with the hiring manager about the job and motivation and capacities for the role. Third interview with general manager europe, also very friendly, questions about motivation, background and opportunities of the role. Final interview with VP europe, very friendly and also a bit informal, to see if personality fits within the team, background questions, and motivation.
