interview will be walk-in interview by agency as a first step,after you passing the interview,it will be continuing interview by users from the foreigner and all the interview using the english language and also you have to do one more step if you are passing the interview by user,so next will be going to the marlin test as a last step

The recruitment process here in Ecuador took me 6 months, I had to follow instructions given by a recruiter, I had to pay $250 for a previous course need: life on board, I had to manage to survive here in ecuador without a job,...I was rise up in a big hotel here in Ecuador I had worked since I was very young in my aunt's hotel, I had more than 13 years of experience,...The interviewer who didn't speak very well English told me she had been hired just 3 weeks after she applied, my experience as an Assistant waiter was before I had graduated from college 8 years ago...but I wasn't enough.

I was scheduled for interview but the interviewer didn't show up .my interview time was in Philippines standard time then I changed it to south Africa standard time because that is were l stay but still the interviewer didn't show up till now l am stressed
