I applied online and a representative of Royal Caribbean International contacted me within a week. I did a first interview with that representative who then wrote a report and sent to it to a manager. I was then contacted by the manager for a second interview. Everything went very smoothly.

applied through the website, it took some time to get in touch with me because I am not from the states, probably the process took 2 months, they did two interviews, not too far apart and then a week after the interview, they send me an email saying that I was hired!
