I applied online and received an email inviting me to an interview within a week. I then waited three weeks before having my interview which took place in a small room out the back of the shop. I heard back within two days where I received another email offering me the job. The whole interview process was very relaxed. I was interviewed by both the managers from the plant centre and the gift shop, both of them were very friendly and welcoming. The interview was very relaxed and only lasted around 10 minutes. It was more like a quick chat than an interview.
