Entrevista
Assessment Day. We were around 30 people and they put us in a group of 6. The group I was in was ok (though there was a man who wanted to talk all the time about how much experience he had). There were around 12 or 15 managers, and they were nice.
Around 5 or 6 different types of exercises, some of them seemed quite nonsense to me (but I don't work in HR)
If you pass the assessment day, they call you for a personal interview (but I didn't pass- maybe they didn't like my superpower- so no clue about how it is.)
Thorough - multiple rounds - interviewed by a mix of team throughout the day - current team on hand to answer questions throughout the day - tour of the front of house areas.

Entrevista
Firstly, we had a group task to choose few useful objects in order to save us from wild animals escaped from the Zoo. Secondly, in different groups we were introduced to different situations, and had to explain what we would do. Lastly, we had a tour around the Opera and found flaws.

Entrevista
Before the interview, you need to complete an application form similar to what would be said in a CV. On the interview day, there are three separate assessments which requires you to answer hypothetical questions as well as demonstrating how observant you are. After that, there is a one on one interview.
