It was a smooth process. The recruiting manager and the HR were pretty chill. They gave time to answer questions and did not rush through the entire process. Subject related questions were asked followed by general questions like "why do you want yo work with us" and "what do you feel working in a pressurized environment".

Interview was in 3 stages, first it was a telephonic round where the education background, work experience, expectation, etc. was discussed in detail. Next round it was one-to-one session where the actuary interviewed - asked technical questions, was asked to solve few reserving questions in an excel sheet. Last it was the HR round where it was more about discussion on the compensation.
