Easy process to start and get call back. 1st interview is just a conversation, then an online assessment & typing test, next is a shadow then another interview. My experience, after being asked for a 2nd interview, communication really broke down (ironic), with no response and then a different person texting. Emails were not answered around scheduling the 2nd interview, they would just send a random 'invite' time with no options for when was best for you.

I was hired in May of 2023, and I was invited for an initial phone interview. The next step was a one-on-one interview via teams, that lasted approx. one-hour. After the 2nd interview, I was offered the position within 48-hours.

Entrevista
Invited to a phone screening after 4 weeks - was rushed through it and interviewer seemed pissed from the start, the vibe was incredibly hostile, followed by a skills assessment, phone interview with front desk agent, job shadowing over video with a receptionist working from home, then video interview with some person out of state that spent majority of the interview asking me dead end questions and talking about her favorite TV show and how much better it was than mine? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!
