two phone screens, two 5-6 hour days of interviews meeting with 5-6 people each day. Got a call back from HR after each round of interviews which I appreciated, providing me with very positive feedback. Everything sounded like an offer was pending. Finally got called saying they would like to know if I would be interested in a contract to hire, to which I agreed. They said they would call back later that day with the details. 4 days later they called to inform me that they were not making me an offer. The communication was very confusing, bit of an emotional roller coaster, providing only positive feedback then failing to provide me an offer for job I was clearly qualified for.
