The interview process for me was over the phone and since I did pretty well I was hired immediately. I was interviewed by a lead caller who was also a supervisor. I applied the day before and I got the call the next day.

I got a formal mail from the hr manager regarding the interview process and will be asked to pick a given time and date, it will be a 15-minute phone call interview on the date, and it will be pretty easy as the questions are general behavioral-based.

Entrevista
I had a one on one interview with my supervisor after I received a call once I submitted my online application. We discussed my experience, he asked me some questions, and I also did a practice fundraising call during the interview. I was told that I needed to undergo a 2 day training class in order to start working, and this was also very easy. The supervisors also sometimes choose peer interviews. The questions are all pretty standard.
