The interview was brief and focused. No extra fluff and I felt comfortable with the interview! I thought it was much less formal than most other interviews. This was an interview as a student call center and it seemed they had adequate expectations of us as college students.

If a potential donor said they were interested in giving but didn’t have time at the moment, how would you handle that situation?

Straightforward questions. Basic interview and wasn’t too crazy. Manager was nice and let you talk. Over the phone interview and was casual and chill. Not the best job if you are not used to calling constantly but easy to learn on the job.
