Although job posting states job duties when you arrive for the interview they are clueless to what your job duties will actually be. The owner of the company, father wants a slave not an employee. Actually advised me that he did not want me pursuing a home business I have been running for over 25 yrs on my personal time in the evenings and weekend which is actually none of his biz. Nor would he compensate that lost income as this company is cheap in salary being offered. He wants you 24/7 to be at his beck and call. Then he wanted me to work one day for free before hiring me. ..lol. No one works for free. The office is dirty and disgusting with plants everywhere like a jungle. Employees sit one on top of the other working, rugs all over the floor which is a safety hazard never mind fire hazzard. Customers need to navigate that mess before even arriving into the so called showroom area which is also dirty. Music in the office area is so loud you can't even hear conversations with the person sitting right next to you and he even had to ask twice to lower the music. Then they advise you they plan on moving but no clue where they are moving to. So you could accept this job in LIC to end up in LI, Brooklyn, Bronx or even NJ which you may not be able to commute to which defeats taking this job. The most unprofessional interview I have had in my life. Be very wary of this company as they seem to be unethical.
